Husky Boutique: four buyer experiences on Shopify Plus

Human After All replaced Husky Boutique’s custom Laravel platform with Shopify Plus, serving consumers, schools, businesses and corporate uniform programs from a single store. B2B Protocol supports the four buyer experiences, and ServiceCentre ERP integration connects commerce with daily operations.

What we build and improve

Four areas of work. Most projects start with one of them and grow into the others as priorities become clear.

Storefront design and development

Theme and template development, custom sections, performance and accessibility. You get a storefront your team can edit, with the components your merchandising actually needs.

Product discovery and merchandising

Collection structure, filters, search and product templates built on real product attributes. You get a catalog structure and templates that hold as the assortment grows.

Markets and customer journeys

Markets, languages, currencies, customer accounts and checkout behaviour. You get a configured market and account setup, with the storefront changes each one requires.

Connected operations

Products, customers, prices, stock and orders moving between Shopify and the systems behind it. You get documented data ownership and the integrations to match.

From priorities to launch

  1. Assess We review the current store, catalog, systems and priorities, then agree what matters first.
  2. Design We design the storefront and the structure behind it: templates, navigation, product data and the account experience.
  3. Build and connect We develop the theme and any custom work, then connect the catalog, ERP or PIM data the store depends on.
  4. Test and launch We run business acceptance testing, then launch and check the pages, data flows and search behaviour that matter.

Scope and schedule are project-specific: we define them from what the assessment finds. Measurement continues after launch under SEO, GEO & Performance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you improve existing Shopify stores?
Yes. Much of our work is on stores that are already live: storefront and template changes, catalog and merchandising structure, account and checkout flows, and integrations that were never finished. We review what exists first, then agree the changes worth making before anything is built.
Do you work with retail and B2B businesses?
Both, and often in the same store. Husky Boutique serves consumers, schools, businesses and corporate uniform programs on one Shopify Plus platform. Where wholesale is the main question, the Shopify B2B service page covers company accounts, catalogs and buyer workflows in detail.
Can you connect our ERP or PIM?
Yes. We define which system owns each type of data, then map how products, customers, prices, stock and orders move between them. Husky Boutique is connected to ServiceCentre ERP. We also implement Akeneo PIM when product information needs its own source of truth.
What determines project cost and timing?
Catalog complexity, the number of buyer experiences, the integrations in scope, and how much of the storefront is designed rather than configured. Changing a live store and building a new one are different scopes, so we define the work before estimating it. Moving from another platform adds migration scope, which the Migrations service covers.
