I've been on your side of the table.

Most B2B eCommerce consultants have only ever been on the agency side. I've been on both. As a senior commerce leader at multiple manufacturers and distributors, I ran the operations from the inside — managing teams of up to 40 people, digital budgets of up to $8M, and full commerce ecosystems from ERP to storefront.

I know what it takes to get internal buy-in, manage ERP integrations that nobody wants to touch, and convince a sales team that a digital channel won't replace them. That operator experience is what I bring to every engagement.

AI in eCommerce

AI is not new to me.

I started writing about AI in eCommerce in 2018 — for Forbes. Since then I've deployed it in production: AI-powered product enrichment that cut time-to-market by 40%, generative content workflows across every PIM engagement, agentic coding tools that move implementation timelines from quarters to weeks.

Google's Universal Commerce Protocol, OpenAI's Instant Checkout, Microsoft Copilot Checkout via Shopify — agentic commerce is happening now. If your product data isn't structured for AI discovery, your products don't exist in the agentic layer. That's the conversation I'm having with every client.

I keep that edge current — completing Anthropic's official Claude and AI fluency training, and building with AI-native development tools daily across client engagements.
